Character Name: Wander (He's changed his name before, possibly many times. Only previous name revealed in the show is Tumbleweed. Birth name unknown.)

Personality:
Wander's biggest motivation in life is helping others. When he sees someone in need of help, from only slightly inconvenienced to life-threatening danger, he drops everything to rush to their aid. He does this even at his own expense, willing to put his health and happiness, even his very life, at risk for complete strangers. To him, his self-worth is determined by his ability to help others. If he's unable to, or if the person didn't even need something to begin with, he becomes very anxious and searches for other ways to be of assistance. Despite this, if his given task involves any secrets from himself, such as delivering a package without opening it, it becomes very difficult for him due to his intense curiosity. Keeping secrets is occasionally hard too cause he doesn't always have an internal filter.

Wander has an extremely optimistic worldview and a bubbly personality. He wholeheartedly believes that everyone has good in them, no matter how despicable they may be on the outside. Everyone is capable of redemption. One of his many sayings is "An enemy is just a friend you haven't made yet!" Wander puts his beliefs into practice by encouraging big and small villains to put down their evil ways and learn to enjoy life for what it is. Surprisingly he is often successful in this endeavor. He does this by getting close to the person, learning about any negative influences in their life, what they are afraid of, if anything is hurting them, etc. In his words, "What makes them so gosh darn evil?" He learns what they truly want deep down and shows them that don't have to get it through force. He struggles with the concept that anyone could do evil solely because they enjoy it, without needing some kind of schoolyard bully excuse.

Wander is very childish. He has an unlimited well of energy and loves goofing off. Some games he's enjoyed in show are tea parties, hide and seek, tag, imitation, carnival games, and especially dress up. Even when relaxing, if something catches his attention, he can go from 0-60 in an instant. He's excited and awed by nearly everything he sees, even the mundane. He's not always aware of his surroundings and can easily get into danger, though he's not easily frightened or startled. When not focused on helping someone, Wander has a short attention span and can easily get impatient. His constant cheerfulness can grate on people's nerves, even those he's close to. He often annoys people without noticing. He can be stubborn and unwilling to compromise or take the advice of others, though he's not totally incapable of learning or admitting when he's wrong. 

 

He is strictly vegetarian.
He is very musically talented and plays his banjo and/or sings very often.
He's afraid of centipedes.
